Reverse description A heroic semi-nude warrior in vigorous relief raises a large two-handed sword overhead in a striking pose, wearing a belt adorned with the heraldic shields of the four allied powers and a short skirt. The dates 1914 - 1916 appear to either side of the figure in the mid-field. The surrounding circular legend reads NUR DER STARKE WIRD DAS SCHICKSAL ZWINGEN.
