This is a restrike, not a period piece. The original George V coronation medals were issued in 1911; this silver version was produced nearly nine decades later, almost certainly as part of the Royal Mint's retrospective commemorative program active around the turn of the millennium. The X# prefix in Krause's catalog designates it as a non-circulating fantasy or restrike issue rather than a coin of the realm.
