Obverse description Seven portrait busts of Allied sovereigns and heads of state in relief, each set within a raised circular roundel: King George V of the United Kingdom at centre, surrounded by Tsar Nicholas II of Russia, President Poincaré of France, King Albert I of Belgium, King Victor Emmanuel III of Italy, Emperor Taisho of Japan, and King Peter I of Serbia. Sprigs of laurel fill the gaps around the circumference of the field.
