Reverse description Britannia, helmeted and holding a spear, is seated centrally on a dais attended by three allegorical female figures: one to her left bearing a caduceus, one to her right seated with broken chains and a Union shield, and a third standing further right. Above, a winged Victory descends from clouds holding a laurel wreath and a cross. The exergue below the dais carries the inscriptions in two registers.
