Obverse description Conjoined draped busts of two monarchs of the House of Hanover facing left, in high relief. The surrounding legend commemorates the centenary of the Hanoverian succession to the British throne, with the date August 12, 1814.

Reverse description A seated female allegorical figure, possibly Britannia or Peace, holding a branch aloft in her right hand and resting against a shield or globe in the left, set against a landscape with a rising sun to the left and sailing ships on the sea to the right. The legend NUNC FELICES arcs across the upper field. In the exergue, the engraver's signature reads MOSSOP FECIT flanking a small cartouche.
