Reverse description A helmeted figure of Bellona, goddess of war, standing in a two-wheeled biga drawn by two rearing horses to the left, raising a laurel branch in her right hand amid lightning bolts. In the lower left field, a cannon and overturned equipment bearing a Napoleonic 'N' symbol lie trampled beneath the horses. The legend BATTLE OF VITTORIA / 1813. appears in the exergue. Engravers' signatures L. LEFEVRE and J. MUDIE D. are visible in the field.
