| Obverse description | Laureate bust of King Frederik V in right profile, mounted on a decorated pedestal with weapons, armor, and palm branches at its base. Surrounding the central effigy are eleven circular medallions arranged in a genealogical tree, each bearing a portrait bust of a ruler of the House of Oldenburg, with the crowned medallion of Christian I prominently placed at the apex. The partial legend arcs along the upper left and right fields of the medal. |
