Reverse description The reverse features a finely detailed depiction of the Sons of the American Revolution insignia in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The central element is a Maltese cross with a circular medallion at its center bearing a profile bust and the legend LIBERTAS ET PATRIA, flanked by laurel branches and surmounted by a spread eagle.
