Reverse description The Bulgarian royal coat of arms — a shield bearing a crowned rampant lion — surmounted by a royal crown topped with a cross, flanked on the left by a sword and on the right by a palm branch, with laurel sprigs extending below on both sides. The dates 1915 and 1916 are inscribed in the field on either side of the shield.
