Reverse description Two crossed heraldic shields — the Arms of Great Britain at left and the Arms of Canada at right — surmounted by a royal crown, with a ribbon scroll below bearing the motto ET MON DROIT and a crowned royal cypher at the base. The maker's names SPINK and LONDON appear flanking the shields, and the surrounding legend names the Dominion of Canada and the Governor General, the Earl of Aberdeen.
