Obverse description	Central design featuring four heraldic shields arranged in a cross pattern, each bearing a different emblem in relief: a classical temple facade, a trophy cup, theatrical comedy and tragedy masks, and crossed swords. Two ornate sceptres cross diagonally through the centre of the composition, with a crown in the upper field. The circumferential legend runs around the periphery of the field.
