Reverse description The young Crown Prince Frederik, depicted in classical armor with helmet and lance, stands centrally between two allegorical figures: to his left, Hope as a semi-draped woman holding an olive branch, and to his right, Mars (Ares) as a fully armored warrior bearing a lance and shield. A cannon with cannonballs and a trophy of arms are displayed at lower right, while a military formation is visible in the background field. A four-line Latin inscription appears in the exergue below a ruled line.
