| Obverse description | The enamelled obverse features a dark globe in the central field overlaid with two clasped hands holding an olive branch, symbolizing solidarity and peace. At the top, the Croatian chequered coat of arms (šahovnica) is depicted in red and white enamel, while at the bottom a small Croatian tricolor flag appears above the acronym HDPZ.
