Obverse description Conjoined busts of King Wilhelm I and Queen Augusta of Prussia in right profile, both wearing royal crowns and ermine-trimmed coronation mantles. The surrounding legend names the royal couple and commemorates their coronation on 18 October 1861, with the engraver's signature C. PFEUFFER FEC. in the lower exergue.
