Reverse description The Canadian Centennial emblem — a stylized maple leaf composed of eleven interlocking equilateral triangles forming a Star of David-like motif with a stem — is depicted in high relief at the centre of the field. A bilingual circular legend surrounds the emblem, with the English text along the upper arc and the French text along the lower arc, separated by the dates 1867 and 1967. The maker's mark CAM ART DIES appears in the lower exergue.
