Obverse description The obverse depicts a color-printed reproduction of the Swiss National Bank 20-franc banknote (6th series, first issued 1979) featuring the portrait of Horace-Bénédict de Saussure, superimposed over a relief scene of alpine mountaineers ascending a peak.
