Obverse description Conjoined busts of Kaiser Wilhelm II and Emperor Franz Joseph I in left-facing profile relief, with Wilhelm II slightly behind. The curved legend arcs around the upper field naming both rulers, and the maker's mark 'M. & W. ST.' appears in small relief at the lower center of the field.
