At the upper portion, four equestrian figures in classical military attire charge forward, representing the allied sovereigns. The central field depicts armoured warriors on horseback accompanied by a winged allegorical figure of Victory, while the surrounding border is filled with a wreath of struggling nude male figures entwined with serpents, symbolising the defeat of evil forces.
