To the left, a directional street sign reading 'Reichstag' is shown in relief. The background consists of a laser-etched panorama of ruined Berlin buildings. The Cyrillic legend arcs along the upper and left rim.

Reverse description The reverse features a large silhouette relief of the Motherland Calls monument (Volgograd) with sword raised aloft, set against a laser-etched field filled with bursting fireworks and stars. The Moscow Mint monogram mark (ММД) appears in small relief at the bottom center of the field.
