Obverse description A stylized allegorical female figure in high relief is depicted seated at center, raising a laurel branch aloft with her right hand, symbolizing victory and peace. To the left of the figure the numeral '25' appears in bold relief, and to the lower right an industrial pylon or derrick is rendered in angular, modernist style. The dates '1945-1970' arc along the lower rim, with the engraver's signature 'J.KORKOS' inscribed in the lower field.

A circular legend in Latin script runs around the full rim, reading '9. MÄJ 1970 · PREDSEDNÍCTVO OV KSS · RADA ONV MICHALOVCE'.
