| Obverse description | The State Coat of Arms of the USSR in high relief occupies the upper centre of the field, flanked by two figures of mint workers in low relief. Below the coat of arms, a large five-pointed star is depicted, surrounded by an arrangement of coins and medals in relief. A circular Cyrillic legend runs along the rim, referencing the successive names of the mint from 1724 to 1924. |
