Obverse description Full-length relief figure of Bajazzo (Harlequin/Pierrot), a traditional Meissen porcelain character, depicted in motion holding a clapper aloft in his right hand and a bell in his left, wearing a jester's costume with feathered cap. The numeral '250' appears in the field across the figure's body, with the legend 'STAATLICHE' along the top and 'MEISSEN' along the bottom, flanked vertically by the dates '1710' on the left and '1960' on the right. A designer's initial 'B' appears in the lower exergue.

Reverse description The reverse bears a large block of embossed text filling the field, reading the dedicatory inscription of the manufactory to its friends on the occasion of the 250th anniversary celebration on 6 June 1960, with the individual serial number 'No 6' and a star mark below. At the base of the field, the Meissen crossed-swords mark appears integrated within the founding date '1710'.
