Obverse description Right-facing laureate bust of Marcus Aurelius in high relief, with curly hair and beard, occupying the central field. The encircling legend reads DIVVS MARCVS AVRELIVS PIVS along the upper periphery. The engraver's initials ÁP and the fineness mark 640 appear in the lower exergue.

Reverse description Standing figure of Nike in high relief at the top of the field, holding a wreath aloft in her raised right hand and a ring in her left. Below, a seated figure of Salus tends to a serpent coiled around an altar with a flame, enclosed within a beaded circular border evoking an ancient coin type. The inscription commemorating the 12th itinerant assembly of the Hungarian Coin Collectors Association is arranged in a segmented layout around the central design, with the date 1982 VIII. 20 21. to the left and the initials SZ GY at the bottom.
