Obverse description The obverse features the coat of arms of Oschatz in relief, depicting a rampant lion on a shield decorated with stars, all rendered in white bisque porcelain. The Meissen crossed swords mark appears in the lower right field of the shield. A small suspension hole is present at the top of the planchet.

Reverse description The reverse displays an oval cartouche in the center containing a panoramic view of the town of Oschatz in low relief, flanked by the founding and anniversary years 1238 and 1988. The legend '750 JAHRE' arcs across the upper field and 'OSCHATZ' appears in raised letters along the lower field. A small suspension hole is present at the top.
