Obverse description An allegorical figure of industry depicted as a bare-chested male worker wearing a cap, shown in three-quarter rear view, seated astride an anvil and resting both hands on the handle of a long-handled sledgehammer placed before him. The legend curves along the upper rim, with the sculptor's and founder's signatures inscribed in the lower exergue.
