Obverse description Central field bears a square cartouche within a circle, containing a three-line Arabic religious and dynastic inscription naming Allah, the Prophet Muhammad, and the ruling imam al-Rashid. The four segments formed between the inner square and the enclosing circle carry the mint name and AH date. The overall design follows the traditional Moroccan hammered square-in-circle format, with legends executed in angular Kufic-influenced script.

The composition mirrors the obverse layout, with the inscribed square set against a plain field and enclosed by a circular border.
