Reverse description The reverse displays a large, finely detailed Austrian imperial double-headed eagle in high relief, with wings spread, each head topped by a separate crown and the whole surmounted by a larger imperial crown. The eagle bears on its breast a quartered heraldic shield with the arms of Austria-Lorraine. Below the eagle in the exergue area appears the hallmark stamp and the fineness inscription.
