Reverse description The reverse bears a large ornate letter R surmounted by a foliate or antler-like decorative crown, flanked on either side by a six-petalled rosette, all centrally positioned in the upper field. Below, in three horizontal lines, the denomination inscription reads MALEY / GROS / followed by the date in Arabic numerals at the bottom of the coin. The design is bold and legible, occupying most of the available field, consistent with the functional typographic style of Bohemian small silver coinage of the Rudolf II era.
