| Obverse description | Bust of a bishop facing right, depicted in schematic medieval style, wearing a mitre adorned with a beaded crown-like ornament at the top. The figure appears vested in episcopal robes with stylized drapery folds rendered in low relief. A crozier or staff is visible to the left of the effigy. The field is plain, and the coin is bordered by a partial beaded inner circle typical of Augsburg Dünnpfennig coinage. The design exhibits the flat, broad flan and shallow relief characteristic of hammered bracteate-influenced pfennig production of the mid-twelfth century. |

| Reverse description | Architectural facade, likely representing the west front or portal of Augsburg Cathedral, rendered in a highly schematic and stylized manner characteristic of mid-twelfth-century German ecclesiastical coinage. The structure features a central triangular gabled element surmounted by a cross, flanked by tower-like lateral forms, with a row of vertical elements suggesting colonnade or arcade below the gable. Decorative pellets appear at intervals along the lower register and within the architectural composition. The entire design is enclosed within a partial beaded border on the irregularly shaped flan. |
