Obverse description Crowned heraldic shield bearing a lion rampant, the arms of the Aspremont-Lynden family, centrally positioned in the field. A partial Latin legend encircles the device along the periphery, largely worn but partially legible. The piece exhibits a somewhat irregular flan typical of hammered copper coinage of the period. The crown above the shield is of the open style associated with lordly rank.

Reverse description Large interlaced monogram composed of the letters F and R, referencing Ferdinand (lord of Reckem), prominently struck in the central field. A partial Latin circular legend surrounds the monogram along the rim, with the inscription partially legible as DOMINVS or similar lordship titulature. A small star or ornament appears above the monogram as a divider. The overall design is characteristic of the small feudal copper coinage of the Spanish Netherlands in the seventeenth century.
