Obverse description Humped bull (zebu) advancing to the right occupies the central field, rendered in a schematic but recognizable style characteristic of late Western Satrap coinage. A stylized hill or mountain symbol appears above the bull's back, and a wreath or floral ornament is positioned to the right of the animal. The flan is irregular and square in form, with surfaces heavily encrusted from burial, obscuring fine detail. The design follows the established iconographic tradition of the Western Satraps' base-metal subsidiary coinage.
