Reverse description A displayed double-headed imperial eagle with spread wings occupies the central field, its two heads crowned and facing outward. At the centre of the eagle's breast is a small circular shield bearing the Basel lion, serving as the inescutcheon. The surrounding peripheral legend in Latin reads the mint declaration and date, with the year 1725 incorporated into the legend. The coin's edge is decorated with a fine milled border.
