Obverse description Within a beaded inner circle, the crowned Silesian eagle displayed facing left with spread wings and decorative plumage, occupying the central field. The eagle bears the characteristic Silesian crescent on its breast. The surrounding legend in Latin reads along the outer margin, separated from the eagle motif by the beaded border. The style is consistent with late 16th-century Silesian hammered coinage, with bold, somewhat crude relief typical of provincial mint production.

Reverse description The reverse displays a large cross potent whose arms extend to and divide the beaded inner circle into four quadrants, with a smaller Silesian heraldic shield positioned at the center intersection. A second cross, rotated 45 degrees relative to the first, is superimposed upon the larger cross, creating an eight-pointed star-like arrangement. The date 1574 is distributed across the four quadrants formed by the principal cross. The Latin legend encircles the composition within the outer margin, separated by the beaded inner circle.
