| Reverse description | Multi-line Cyrillic inscription filling the entire field, conveying the full imperial titulature of Peter I. The legend reads «ЦРЬ И ВЕЛИКIИ КНЯЗЬ ПЕТРЪ АЛЕКСЕЕВИЧЬ ВСЕЯ РОССIИ», translating as 'Tsar and Grand Prince Pyotr Alexeyevich of all Rus'.
