| Reverse description | The reverse bears a multi-line Cyrillic inscription arranged across the irregular flan, containing the full Slavonic title of the reigning Tsar. The legend reads «ЦРЬ И ВЕЛИКIИ КНЯЗЬ ПЕТРЪ АЛЕКСЕЕВИЧЬ ВСЕЯ РОССIИ», translating as 'Tsar and Grand Prince Peter Alexeyevich of all Rus''. The text is disposed in abbreviated, compressed lines dictated by the small elongated flan, consistent with wire kopeck production of the Moscow Mint. Letter forms are characteristic of early 18th-century Muscovite Cyrillic epigraphy. No additional decorative elements or border are present. |
