Obverse description Mounted equestrian figure of the Tsar, depicted as a lance-bearing horseman (копейщик) on a galloping horse facing right, rendered in the traditional Russian wire money style with bold, stylized strokes characteristic of hammered coinage. The rider holds a spear directed downward toward the horse's forelegs. Cyrillic date characters appear beneath the hooves of the horse in the lower field.

Reverse description The reverse bears a multi-line Cyrillic legend distributed across the irregular oval flan in the characteristic wire money format, reading 'Царь Петр Алексеевич' (Tsar Peter Alexeyevich). The lettering is boldly struck in relief, with the cramped, compressed character forms typical of late wire kopeck production, filling virtually the entire field of this small hammered flan.
