Reverse description The reverse bears a multi-line Cyrillic legend in archaic Church Slavonic script, reading across several horizontal lines within the oval flan. The inscription gives the full royal titulature of Peter I in abbreviated form: ЦАРЬ И ВЕЛИКИЙ КНЯЗЬ ПЕТР АЛЕКСИЕВИЧ ВСЕЯ РОСИИ (Tsar and Grand Prince Peter Alexeyevich of All Russia). The lettering is boldly incuse and characteristic of the late wire money die-cutting tradition, with individual characters clearly legible despite the irregular planchet. No border or decorative elements frame the legend, which fills the available field. The script retains archaic Cyrillic letterforms consistent with early eighteenth-century Muscovite coinage practice.
