Reverse description The reverse bears a multi-line Cyrillic inscription densely filling the entire irregular flan, as was standard for Russian wire kopecks of this period. The legend, rendered in bold relief in an archaic Cyrillic hand, proclaims the full royal title of Tsar Mikhail Fedorovich. The lettering is arranged in five horizontal lines across the field, with characters partially cut off at the irregular edges of the planchet due to the die being larger than the flan.
