Obverse description Humped bull (Nandi) seated to left in the field, with a trident symbol serving as a mint mark positioned on the bull's body. A Nagari legend reading 'Sri Spalapati Deva' is inscribed above the bull. The design is rendered in the characteristic flat, schematic style of early medieval Indo-Afghan coinage. The flan is irregular and the strike is typical of hand-hammered issues of this period.

Reverse description A horseman depicted in profile riding to the right, rendered in the bold, schematic style characteristic of Shahi coinage. The rider is shown in a dynamic pose astride the horse, with stylized limbs and minimal detail consistent with the hammered technique and small module of the issue. The field around the figure is plain, with the design occupying the majority of the flan.
