Obverse description Equestrian figure of a rider advancing to the left, depicted in a schematic, stylized manner characteristic of Ghurid billon coinage. The horse is shown in profile with legs in motion, the rider seated upright and raising one arm. The design occupies the full field of the irregularly shaped flan, with no surrounding legend. The style reflects the Indo-Muslim artistic tradition adapted from earlier Hindu Shahi prototypes.

Reverse description Three lines of Arabic inscription in Naskh script filling the reverse field, recording the name and titles of the Ghurid sultan Ghiyath al-Din Muhammad. The lettering is raised in relief against a flat field, boldly struck though partially weak at the irregular flan edges. The inscription is the primary design element, with no border or decorative motifs present, consistent with standard Ghurid jital coinage of the Taliqan mint.
