Reverse description Central field features the full colored enamel coat of arms of the city of Blois — an orange shield supported by two black animals (wolves or boars) flanking a central escutcheon bearing a fleur-de-lys — surmounted by a royal crown in relief. The inner border is decorated with six circular dots and four fleurs-de-lys in relief against a blue enameled ground. The legend curves along the upper periphery, and the Monnaie du Patrimoine mintmark (MP in a circle) appears at approximately 6 o'clock on the border.
