Reverse description The reverse shows the original design of the Kampen Arendrijksdaalder host coin: a crowned double-headed Imperial eagle displayed with spread wings, holding orb and sceptre, set within a circular beaded border. A partial legend referencing Ferdinand, Holy Roman Emperor, surrounds the eagle in Latin. The surface retains the original hammered character of the underlying Dutch thaler flan, with well-defined high relief on the eagle's plumage.
