Reverse description The crowned coat of arms of the Principality of Monaco occupies the central field, flanked on either side by three vertical rows of lozenges (the Grimaldi heraldic pattern). Below the arms is the cypher monogram of Prince Rainier III in ornate script. The surrounding legend references the XIVth International Numismatic Association meeting in Monaco, with the jubilee dates 1949-1999 and the date 26·9·1999 at the base.
