Infiny Cash is a French regional complementary currency scheme — essentially a local exchange note dressed up in the aesthetics of official paper money. The Plogoff / Pointe du Raz issue places itself at the westernmost tip of Brittany, a stretch of coast historically associated with shipwrecks and a 1980 public standoff when local villagers blocked access to prevent a nuclear power station from being built there. The reactor was never built.
