Obverse description Lion advancing to right with tail raised, a palm branch above; the surrounding legend is rendered in blundered Greek script, reflecting the declining familiarity with the Greek epigraphic tradition in the Indo-Scythian realm. The design is struck on an irregular flan typical of lead issues of this series. The execution is crude but consistent with provincial workshop production under the Great Satrap Rajuvula.
