The Hyderabad Philatelic and Hobbies Society is one of several philatelic and numismatic bodies in India that have issued souvenir "fantasy" notes — non-currency paper items produced for collectors rather than for any monetary purpose. These fall outside conventional Pick cataloguing, hence the X# reference. The watermark is a collector-grade security touch, almost certainly included to justify the premium folder presentation rather than to deter counterfeiting of a note with no face value.
