Obverse description Stylized male head facing left, rendered in the late Celtic artistic tradition, with elaborately engraved flowing hair depicted as a series of parallel curved lines swept back from the brow. A leaf or feather motif is visible before the face, and the truncation of the neck shows schematic drapery. The portrait is framed by a border of raised pellets along the upper periphery, characteristic of Boian coinage of this period.

Reverse description A powerful boar or horse-like animal depicted in vigorous motion to the right, rendered in the dynamic, abstracted Celtic style with exaggerated musculature and stylized body contours. Below the animal in the lower field appears the Latin inscription BVSV, identifying the coin as the Busumarus type. Additional small ornamental elements and pellets are scattered around the creature in the field.
