Obverse description Youthful male head facing right, laureate, rendered in the Hellenistic style characteristic of Macedonian royal coinage. The hair is depicted in loose, flowing locks beneath the laurel wreath, with finely modeled facial features including a straight nose and slightly parted lips. The portrait is set within a broad, slightly irregular flan typical of hammered bronze issues of the period.

Reverse description A horse galloping vigorously to the right, depicted with raised forelegs and a flowing mane, conveying dynamic movement. The figure is rendered in a bold, compact style suited to the small module of the denomination. The Greek legend ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ is inscribed around the type, identifying the issuing authority as Alexander. The flan surface shows typical patination and minor irregularities consistent with hammered bronze coinage of the late 4th century BC.
