Obverse description Dove standing to left in profile, rendered in high relief with naturalistic archaic style typical of early Sikyonian coinage. The bird's plumage is suggested by smooth, rounded modeling across the body, with the head turned slightly upward. The flan is irregular and compact, consistent with the small module of this denomination. The field surrounding the dove is plain and unadorned.
