Obverse description Helmeted head of Athena facing right, wearing a Corinthian helmet adorned with a star device on the bowl. The portrait is rendered in a sturdy Hellenistic style, with visible cheek guards framing the face. The surface shows typical patination consistent with a struck bronze issue of the Attalid period.
